Let me state that the book came in very good condition with little extras from the team here, appreciate that care that went into sending this too and arrived very fast even tho I live in Germany.

Anyway it continues the story from the previous two but more importantly the art has been getting better and better.

When this website claims to take packaging seriously, they mean it! It came completely wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and cardboard to protect it from moisture and any rough bumps, it even had a "do not bend/crease" sign for the mailman! I opened the volumes and the quality was as close to new. They even gave a gift for first time buyers: plastic cover protectors!! Slipped them on right away when I got them. Thank you so much, I can see how much care goes into making sure you get what you want!

It says "USED" but the quality is identical to brand new. They also pack the books so neatly and carefully, exactly like how they describe on their website. No wonder they take pride in their packaging!
It also comes with small gifts and a thank you note from the staffs themselves, which I find really cute and heart-warming! They also take good care of the customers through their email services.
The price might seem higher than the average market but I genuienly think it's worth it, thanks to their excellent services!

I appreciated the note and bookmark very much. The packaging was well done, and so was the note on the top stating to handle it carefully. One surprising thing was that there were no noticeable creases or dents in the volumes. Very well handled. Very satisfied with my purchase.

The first time I ever saw this manga was in 1992, when I visited Toren Smith (of Studio Proteus, who introduced Shirow Masamune to the English world) at his home. Toren was wild about it and wanted to publish it in English! The art is fantastic and Yamashita's style remains one of my favorites (he designed the Evangelions!) to this day.

If you like late 1980's manga, Dark Whisper is for you!
