What's the story?

Maya, a mysterious woman, is seen conversing with a Russian scientist, in Moscow. Maya hands the man $5,000,000 as he hands her “the virus”. He warns her to be cautious because if it spreads, it could easily wipe out a city in three days.
Maya walks to the bathroom and rubs some of the virus on her lips, given the fact that she has been vaccinated against it. Maya kisses Sergei, the scientist, as he boards a train, wishing him a Merry Christmas. Sergei is unaware of the fact that he has been infected by the virus, and she has successfully begun her virus breakout experiment.
Back in Japan, Takagi, the protagonist of this story, and the other students are looking at a notice board which states the suspension of two students for indecent acts. The teacher which got them suspended was the notorious Hikage. Takagi calls him ‘Mr Head Shine’, but he manages to be passing by and overhearing this, grabs Takagi by the collar. Takagi isn’t intimidated and even makes fun of his hair, resulting in 3 points being deducted from him.
As Hikage leaves, Takagi is applauded by the rest of the students for standing up to his oppression. Takagi's buddies, Mako and Aoi, arrive and inquire about how many points have been removed from him. Seeing the first chance, Takagi flips Aoi’s skirt, resulting in a kick straight to his face.
Takagi is knocked away by Aoi's kick. Takagi's buddy and the president of the newspaper committee, Otoya, arrives and sends Takagi and the girls to the clubroom. He raises his voice in the protest of Hikage's behavior as assistant principal. He claims that he was unfairly deducting points for minor infractions.
The committee members agree, and one of them, Hide, claims that Hikage has even sexually harassed numerous women over his career. They would require evidence, according to Otoya, or their comments would be meaningless to the authorities. Mako speculates that they could incriminate Hikage by getting help from someone like the infamous Falcon, a hacker known for exposing such people.
In the middle of the discussion, Otoya receives a call notifying him that one of the suspended students, Yuri Ishikawa, had attempted suicide. The students rush to the hospital and find her boyfriend Shingo, who is crying and blaming himself for everything.
Aoi is really infuriated by everything Hikage has done and the lives he’s ruining.
Otoya prevents Aoi from making any hasty judgments and organizes the committee to write an exclusive story about Hikage. Takagi backs out, claiming that he is unable to participate owing to a stomach problem, but the others believe that he is afraid of suspension.
Takagi returns home and is greeted by Haruka, his younger sister. He walks to his room, telling her not to bother him.
As he logs into his computer and attempts to gain access to the school's servers, it is revealed that Takagi is the infamous hacker Falcon. He infiltrates Hikage's PC with a virus and discovers unforgivable photographs of students that Hikage kept for blackmail.
Takagi deletes all the pictures expect which only include Hikages face and leaks them, ‘completing the capture’.
That same time in Tokyo, Maya is seen killing a man, as she leaves the hotel with the dead body behind.
Everyone at school learns the next day that Hikage has been fired as a result of his indecent photos being exposed. Mako claims that Falcon was behind it since his trademark sign, a Falcon, was seen in the leaks.
Takagi approaches Hikage as he walks through the school hall in embarrassment, singing a tune about Falcon and suggesting to Hikage that he was the one who hacked him. Enraged by this, Hikage swears to exact his vengeance.
On the other side of town, Takagi's father, Ryunosuke, the vice director of the Third-I, enters his office. The Third-I is a top-secret group tasked with maintaining peace in the country. Ryunosuke is approached by a coworker who informs him that Takagi has hacked someone again.
Director Sonoma visits Ryunosuke in his office, congratulating him on the Falcons return. Ryunosuke apologizes for his son's reckless behavior but the Director isn’t worried, as according to him, “Takagi is an irreplaceable asset to the Third-I”.
Takagi, according to the Director, must be watched because he has knowledge of too much classified information. He claims that Takagi's actions have saved many lives and that they needed his assistance with the current issue.
Ryunosuke takes out the CD deciphered by Takagi, which contains the Information collected by the KG5 agent found dead in Tokyo. The CD is titled in Russian, which translates to “The Christmas Massacre”.
Back at school, Takagi is working on his laptop, when the substitute instructor for Hikage enters. It is revealed that Maya is the new teacher.
Is Takagi aware of the dangerous person that is his new teacher? What awaits the Falcon?
