【My Hero Academia】Winner or 2019 Harvey Award for best Manga!! 50 Million copies in circulation!!

My hero Academia is a Japanese superhero manga series written and illustrated by Kōhei Horikoshi.

My hero Academia has been serialized in Weekly Shounen Jump since July 2014, with its chapters collected into 32 separate volumes. The series has over 50 million copies in circulation, worldwide.

The series has numerous awards under its belt, including the 2019 Harvey Award for best Manga.

The series focuses on Izuku Midoriya, a young man who dreams of becoming a Hero despite being bullied by his violent childhood friend Katsuki Bakugo for lacking a Quirk.

They both idolize the world’s strongest hero, All Might. Izuku once saw All Might on TV, saving people with a smile and really wants to be like him.

But his dreams are crushed when he finds out that he has no quirk.

This does not stop Izuku from pursuing his dream. To become a great hero, he hopelessly wants to join UA high-school.

One day, while coming back from school, he gets attacked by a villain, but All Might makes it just in time and captures the villain.

All might reveals his true form to Midoriya and tells him about his fight with “All for One”. All Might tells Midoriya that it is impossible for him to become a hero without any quirk.

While coming back, Midoriya sees Bakugo struggling to escape a villain, he is shocked.

Midoriya sees Bakugo’s pleading eyes, his body moves on its own, he runs toward Bakugo to help him.

Everyone including all might see this and are shocked.

Just as the villain is about to attack Midoriya, All Might musters up every bit of his remaining energy into a final ‘SMASH’ and manages to save both of them.

All Might tells Midoriya about his quirk, “One For All” and that he is worthy of inheriting it.

After completing his training , All Might tells midoriya, the secret of inheriting “One for All”, By eating All Mights hair......!

Midoriya makes it to UA-high entrance exam.

The test is to destroy as many robots as possible in the given time frame. Midoriya hasn’t destroyed a single robot and his hope of passing the exam is slowly fainting.

Just then, he sees Uraraka about to be trampled beneath a giant robot, his body moves again, without even thinking, he jumps and punches the robot, saving Uraraka.

His deed allows Midoriya to pass the entrance exam and join class 1-A of UA- High.

OH Yeah, I almost forgot to mention, this is the story of how he became the world’s greatest hero!!
