The communication from this company is amazing. I've received updates on my parcels whereabouts throughout the delivery and only a single email about other recommendations. I didn't feel hounded, but very much kept in touch with.
I've ordered two mangas and they were both packaged with care and arrived safely. The extra protection covers were a very nice surprise to receive and as for my purchases themselves... gosh, I'm so happy, I don't even know how to say it..!! Beautiful quality of some amazing art!
