The quality of the manga volumes was excellent, like new. Some of them even came with an obi, which is a nice detail. You can tell how much effort they put into packaging the products, because everything came in perfect condition, with no damage on the box or manga, and I loved the little details, like the bookmark and the small letter thanking for the purchase. They even gave me 10 plastic sleeves to cover my manga because it was my first purchase. Amazing manga and amazing service from the store!
