I've never bought a manga straight from Japan before so I didn't anticipate the size difference. This is what I'd call pocket-sized because it fits neatly in your hand. It's so cute! The quality is superb, of course. I love the dust jacket.

Surprisingly, this 2003 book comes with 100 pages of extra stories not seen in previous A, A' publications. And unlike the 1984 publication, this manga does not have colored pages. But I'd say this is still worth the purchase for Moto Hagio fans!
