It was really good and fast shipping

The service was fast and the tracking saved me lot of problems. Japan post works great but czech post was not contacting me, that it is waiting there (so i just know because i checked tracking on site).

I bought some old manga fanbooks and artbooks and a new arrival item (Giga Jump summer 2020). Handling time was according to their guidelines and shipping was perfect. Nice communication. I knew every single process my package was involved. We are now in a difficult situation but it arrived in less than 15 days in perfect conditions. Fantastic service! I understand that the virus makes it hard to ship to certain areas. The shipping for me, however, was handled very well and communication was absolutely wonderful! They provided constant updates and found ways to ship it over to me since they couldn't do it directly. :D

When I first ordered, the handling took a lot longer than I expected because of the virus. Luckily, customer service was very kind and provided constant updates throughout the process! I had bought my 6 volumes of DakaIchi at the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, and they were stuck in JapanPost purgatory until it was finally cleared and it arrived today. I couldn't be happier~ It was super well-packaged and my volumes were apparently used, but they are in such pristine condition they're pretty much brand new! And I love the cute little free special gift. I was unable to purchase these volumes from proxy sites due to several reasons: No English release, so they are not sold in my country. And proxy sites consider them "pornography" and thus will not ship them overseas. I was super disheartened until I saw GoodsRepublic released MangaRepublic, and when I saw all 6 volumes of the manga previously unobtainable, I immediately purchased them. It was so worth the wait!
