Tremendously amazing!

Really really good! I’m 101% satisfied with manga republic services.

Excellent customer service, very careful and neat packaging, great prices, and so many products available!

The items were well wrapped and packaged. Everything got to me safely in amazing condition! The customer service has always been very helpful with anything I need!

With the pandemic hindering shipping, I was really surprised how fast my package managed to arrive to my place. The staff is really friendly for sending email updates regarding my package and trying to get it to me as fast as they can!

I have written everything in an email. I am sorry I have nothing to add. I am extremely happy.

The packaging was lovely! It felt like someone genuinely packaged it with care before sending it to me. I loved the free book covers as a gift for my first order. I plan to order again soon.

The package arrived in perfect conditions and the price of the mangas is fair

Everything went smoothly and I appreciated the frequent updates about my order from the staff.

Excellent in everything

incredible service, fast and great prices, the best place to buy manags from Japan.

This was my first time ordering from them and it was a small purchase of two manga volumes- I first ordered them last year back in June but due to COVID my order couldn't be shipped at the time- and they let me know about it. But I got them just today and they were shipped in mid-January this year, it was really fast, safely packaged products and arrived in great conditions!

The customer service was amazing as well, it had great communication and updates with my order at the start as well which put me at ease when shipping had to be delayed. I'm very happy with the services and will be ordering again from here.

At first I was a bit worried because it was my first time buying here and I didn't know when my package would arrive. With the COVID pandemic ragging on and my country's lack of postal service, I was told my package would arrive 2-3 months after I ordered the items (they answer your email super fast!). Luckily, I waited only for one month and it was worth it!! The items were perfectly wrapped and inside they also had bubble wrap. They even gave me a "fortune teller" paper for the New Year. I'm still waiting for another order but now I'm calm, I know it will arrive soon and it will come in perfect state. Thank you so much! ^^

Packaging was superb, manga in excellent condition. Also appreciated the small free gift of book covers to help keep my manga nice and clean.

Books came quickly in great condition at a great price. All in all, great seller!

I've found this site by coincidence while looking for a way to get a JUMP isuue. I was sceptical at first, but without a doubt it was the best shopping experience I've ever had! The customer service is absolutely perfect, the way you pack the items is flawless and on another level from any other service! I will definitely buy from you again in the future, and ofcourse I've told everybody I know about this amazing experience!

Very precise and trustworthy

Great communication and service.

Hello, I really appreciate ordering from you! It was the first time that I used your sit, in addition to being well thought out your site is full of many manga it's great.

p.S congratulations on your packaging, it's nice to see that you take a real interest in our orders :)

Wonderful service. Everything is in great condition and packaged very nicely. I have never had an issue with ordering from here.

Great communication. The packaging was perfect. Even though it arrived wet on the outside, the content was safe.

The service was very nice and support was very helpful for a first time buyer

Always the best: the manga was near mint and the packaging was great. I also appreciated the gift!

Perfect packaging as always!

No words, flawless. Packaging was impeccable, manga was in excellent condition. When I bought used manga on this website, I expected used quality, but they arrived like I bought NEW manga. Excellent in every way, I will keep buying here in the foreseeable future.

Customer support always replied lightning fast, and never stopped answering my questions. Flawless service.

The first time buying from this store was during the lockdown, so I just got today what I had bought in March and August (together with things I purchased from Otaku and Goods Republic), and the products arrived perfectly fine. I took the time to write in these three sites because I'm really pleased with their services and with them not refunding but instead storing until they could ship the items to my country. Very good service.

It arrived verry quick and in good condition.

The manga arrived perfectly sealed and in excellent condition. The shipment was efficient, in less than a month it was delivered to a country as far away as Italy. You offer a very efficient service, thank you very much.

Bought 2 WSJ magazines as a gift for my friend and arrived quickly in perfect condition. Will definitely be recommending this site, thank you!
