Best service that I have receive while shopping online. I got a great deal on my purchase and the communication between making the purchase and getting my package was great, such as receiving good updates on the progress on my order. My package arrive on the timeline that the company provided such as when the order was handle and shipped. One big bones was the way my order was package as it was well made and my order came in without any damage and was easy to open. Overall great services and I will definitely make more purchases later on in the future.

Honestly, I couldn't be any happier. Not only was the packaging very nicely done I thought it was very thoughtful to put in covers for my first buy. The Mangas were in great condition for the price, it was almost as if it was new. The staff was also very kind and I would 10000% buy from here again!

This was my first time ordering from them and it was a small purchase of two manga volumes- I first ordered them last year back in June but due to COVID my order couldn't be shipped at the time- and they let me know about it. But I got them just today and they were shipped in mid-January this year, it was really fast, safely packaged products and arrived in great conditions!

The customer service was amazing as well, it had great communication and updates with my order at the start as well which put me at ease when shipping had to be delayed. I'm very happy with the services and will be ordering again from here.

At first I was a bit worried because it was my first time buying here and I didn't know when my package would arrive. With the COVID pandemic ragging on and my country's lack of postal service, I was told my package would arrive 2-3 months after I ordered the items (they answer your email super fast!). Luckily, I waited only for one month and it was worth it!! The items were perfectly wrapped and inside they also had bubble wrap. They even gave me a "fortune teller" paper for the New Year. I'm still waiting for another order but now I'm calm, I know it will arrive soon and it will come in perfect state. Thank you so much! ^^
