Excellent communication and quick postage, and books were in excellent condition

Fast service and always arrives in perfect condition.

really fast shipping with affordable cost for products. Also very helpful when there was a problem with the delivery of items

The service was top notch as I had some queries and I had people to communicate with regarding my order from time to time. The packaging was perfect and I got a freebie too. This was my first time ordering from this website and I was amazed by the quality of the packaging and the product. Even though packaging takes time to arrive during this pandemic, but my packaging arrived perfectly on time which made me really happy :))

This was my second time ordering from them and I'm still very happy and satisfied with the way the mangas are packaged and the wait wasn't so long as last time because of the pandemic. Really appreciated as well they included some manga covers as a gift.

Super awesome! I loved the email updates and how friendly and open they felt. The packaging definitely felt like there was care taken and took into consideration the importance of keeping the manga protected which i really appreciated.

I really like everything you do and sell and especially the care you put into packaging :)

Whenever I buy from here I always receive lovely notes from Hana! I always look froward to buying manga from here since the service is very caring with the packages and constantly updating you every time something happens to your items.

Excellent customer service, its new condition is excellent, awesome packaging, fairly fast handling and shipment.

i never have to worry about my books being delivered damaged and it’s a lot easier to find the books i am looking for as a book collector because most gintama volumes were not translated and sold in my country.

my order always come faster than I expect, good quality, love ordering from you guys :)

Awesome service to Australia, all items arrived in great condition.

Absolutely amazing. The team is perfect and super kind.

The package came fast, and was very well protected.

I received the items in perfect condition. Even got clear covers (12)(10 fit, 2 not, need bigger covers) (can I order clear Manga covers?)
Delivery quite fast (the lady in the post
office was impressed:mail from Japan!)
You sent me pic of the team :I like the personal touch!( To all of you a virtual hug :-+)

I was nervous on using this site at first after reading that they sold used manga because I bought manga from another vendor that had 30 missing pages but the staff has reassured me that the item will be fine. The item came in quickly despite COVID and in perfect condition as well. No missing pages! I will definitely use this place as my go to when I buy Japanese manga.

Well done. Very good job. Package arrive with no damage at all. Plus, there's book covers inside too

It arrived really well packaged.

I am very satisfied with the customer service, they do care! My first book order was received in Excellent condition for a used book.

I absolutely love them! Everything I've received has been so well packaged and arrived safely. I love that you offer free expedited shipping on orders over $50 (I think). I also love the note with my handwritten name that tells me how many orders I have placed and that talks about how grateful you are for me as a customer. I love your business so much!!!

Very communicative and attentive to detail!

Everything was excellent, and I really appreciated how the product was packaged.

My order was packed with great care and arrived in prefect condition! I could not be happier with my purchase. Thank you!

For being a first time costumer I was a little anxious with my purchase. However, manga republic did a nice job at putting me at ease. I was notified from purchase, processing, shipping and sent my usps tracking code. I was also given an estimated dated. However, my purchase arrived early then the estimated date. The order arrived in great condition. Once opened I was pleasantly surprised to recieved an extra item, plus book mark, a letter for my first time purchase. The manga came in excellent condition. I could not have asked for more. Thank you so much. Looking forward to my future purchases with manga republic.

With most online stores the time it takes to actually get the item i ordered takes a long time but for my order it only took about 3 or so weeks which made it in time to be a great present to my cousin

I was pleasantly surprised by the product, everything was perfect, in excellent conditions, as the site said, wonderful packaging and zero damage. Totally impressed. It took less than a month to came home and besides the “Thank You” card, they also gifted me some plastic bag to wrap all 10 volumes. On top of all of this the team working behind is super kind and provided me mail and support for all my questions.

Excellent customer service for an online shopping website.

Full satisfaction
