I was so incredibly happy and touched by my experience with Manga Republic. I just recently got into anime and manga, so this was my first official purchase of any manga and I swear I couldn't be happier. There was an expansive selection to choose from with pretty good prices all around. The shipping process took longer than I had hoped (but the tracking and updates of the process you provide make it much more less anxiety inducing, so that's another positive as well), but I don't have any negative feelings about that because I understand the situation we find ourselves in now and more over, I'd rather a company take their time to make sure everything is right. And that's where the grand finale comes in. When I opened my package my heart grew 5 sizes to big and I almost cried at how much care and love went in to shipping my order. Everything was so well protected and packed so nearly and products were so beautiful. It was very obvious that the people that work at Manga Republic are really passionate about their jobs, the customers, and manga overall. I literally could not be happier with my experience and I am so thankful for you guys giving me such a memorable first manga.

I'm super happy with this service. I bought 6 mangas on 16th October and by 25th October it was already shipped. I was expecting it to get here by Christmas or so, but I'm really surprised it took less than a month!
The mangas were in really good conditions, I've haven't gotten the time to read them 'cause three are for me, the other three for my nephew and they're Christmas gifts, so I hid them until them.
I know the basics of Japanese, so I think these mangas are a good incentive to start learning Japanese again!
Also, my order came with a gift! Some book covers to protect the mangas! I was really surprised by that.
I plan on getting the full Gokudo-kun Manyuuki collection in the future, and I'll absolutely buy them from here. Thank you so much for your services! Loved every bit of it!

The packaging was excellent. All the manga were carefully packaged and came with zero damage. I also appreciated the small extras, like the bookmark, the small letter and the plastic sleeves/bags for it being my first purchase. It's the small things and the details that, in my opinion, make the difference between bad and good service. Yours was definitly a good one.
