Excellent quality, services, especially packaging and customer care!

Best of all the net.

Very fast shipping and great care to package.

Very good customer service, contacted me about the shipping cost, and was very polite. Shipping was also very quick. Thank you!

I think it was wonderful, though it did take a bit to arrive but that didn't bother me. The items were in excellent condition as advertised and overall, I am satisfied with the service

I was pleasantly surprised about how well the manga I bought was packed. Everything was perfect.

Large choice of anime, fast shipping and excellent customer care

I appreciate how it was well packaged and secured. I really liked the complimentary plastic covers as a gift. Thank you so much!

Products are wrapped and shipped out with utmost care, and even come with friendly letters and gifts. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I have received.

Attentive staff, reliable service.

Packed very well. Time to process my order was quicker than I had expected, the only delays I experienced were due to the mail system of my own country. I am aware that they are second hand but if I didn't know I would assume they were brand new.

Soooooo good thank you

Very well packaged, arrived safely, used product looks new, liked the gift of book covers.

The books I've bought so far have been in great condition, new or used. It's nice to have a reliable source of Japanese manga.

The manga I bought recently had quite a lot of damage on the front cover, but other than that you guys are very efficient and nice :)

Friendly, great customer service, fast shipping, great packaging.

So far I am highly satisfied by the service and I trust the company to safely deliver my order

Very helpful, timely replies to enquires

I received my mangas in the best shape, I loved the package. Can't wait to order again.

Manga came in very good condition and was packaged very nicely. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Always happy with the amazing packaging and little freebies that I get with my order. I was pleased with my second order and the note that came with it. It shows that you guys care about your customers.

Perfect

the packaging was done really good

the packaging was really secure and the little extras warmed my heart!

I loved everything. I love how well the books were packaged and I love the presents you've sent to me (a new year's fortune and for the first time purchase a manga protective wrapping). I also like the email communication that I've had so far.

Good service just took a long time too ship and one of the books ended up a little bended but other than that I would recommend

Everything I ordered came in pristine condition! The packaging was amazing, very secure! Probably the best packaging I've ever been sent- This company makes sure that what you order will arrive safely! I was able to purchase manga that was impossible to find in the US, and at such an affordable price too! Rare or vintage manga in the US can be super pricey depending on where you go or what you're looking for, but Manga Republic offers such a HUGE selection of such manga to buy for more affordable prices in my opinion! I'm extremely happy with my order, and with the service! I usually dislike ordering manga online, and I know ordering from overseas can be nerve-racking, but for manga fans like me that LOVE to collect, I highly recommend using their services!

Really excellent thankyou

The care put into the package was excellent and the various extras that you sent with the package were very nice. This felt like the best package I've received in years.

Really friendly and informative. Also extremely nice packaging

items came in excellent packaging and condition

Perfect

Everything is perfect, but please read my email i sent a few days ago!

It's always perfect and well-packed, thank you so much!

Very polite, very kindly and very transparent communication. Lovely gift for my first order, excellent, careful wrapping and short shipping. Perfect, I appreciate that very much!

Great collection of manga and magazines and easy to order! My purchase has always been carefully packed.

I’m very happy with my purchase in Manga Republic. I bought some Steins;Gate volumes that are very difficult to find in Spain. The customer service and the shipping was great. It took less than a month to arrive with the Christmas holidays in between. I will buy more stuff in the future for sure.
