If I was told that this was in mint condition I'd probably believe it, it came in pretty much in perfect condition. The little bonus notes and bookmark made this an even more worthwhile purchase, will definitely buy from you guys again sometime! :)

I'm always happy with my purchases and this time was no different. I tell everyone about manga republic!

The packaging was immaculate, no way what I ordered could have been damaged at all. The shipping was fast and I've ordered thru some of their sister sites before- one of my favorite websites to order from because of how consistent their immaculate service is.

affordable, great packaging, everything was perfect!!

I am the first-time shopper. Excellent shipping and delivery. It takes time to receive the item. But, it worth it! The package were packaged completely with water proof! All the manga paper backs were in impeccable condition without any damages. I quickly received a response for my concerns and questions. Overall, it was a great shopping experience!

Once again I have to say that the packaging is excellent and the manga is in great quality, so thank you, this was definitely worth sending my money on ??

Very nicely packed, thank you

Although I cannot read these manga yet they arrived promptly and in perfect condition.

Excellent communication, fast delivery. Great Service. Thank you!

I ordered this for my husband and he was very happy with this Manga Waterworld !!! The quality is as described and was packaged excellently !!! I was very surprised as how quickly I received it as well !!! I would ordered something again !

Absolutely up-to-date on everything and soooo securely packaged - everything is so neat and precise. The best online shop for original manga, everything I received was preserved extremely well, most of the used books look like they have just been bought new, it looks immaculate with not much visible aging and zero wear and tear! Can't wait to shop here again! <3

Satisfying, reliable and kind service. Thank you also for the coupon for my first purchase.

I really appreciated your service, the products are perfect. Thank you very much.

As for the physical HGT-ban itself, it is very old so it's understandable that there's a lot of yellowing that bleeds into the reading pages. The cover is in great condition, but removing the cover paper does reveal some mild damage and spine bending from use. But it is still great for collecting and it is enjoyable to read. Packaged extra carefully and with care. Love it.

Communication was excellent! When the new version of an item I purchased was not available, Shinjo reached out immediately, and we resolved it and I was refunded the difference between the new and used condition (I was not expecting that AT ALL). The items arrived in great condition and perfectly wrapped. I really appreciated that since I've gotten damaged books in the mail before. AND since I got some explicit manga, I loved how they packaged them discreetly. I'll totally be ordering from here again.

very good service, you always answer when i have some doubts so im super glad.

These were Great.

The product arrived in excellent condition and very well cared for. It's been great ordering my manga collection with them.

Great

I find everything so magnificent that I don't even know where to start. Your service is excellent, your catalog too, your attention and your shipments, absolutely everything. I feel that trying to find something negative in your work is unrealistic and impossible.

Everything arrived in perfect condition, it came with extra content, a note for me with my name perfectly written on it (something that I loved because it is a huge gesture of customer service and also that very few people write my name well hahaha...) To see a letter addressed to me with my name written on it was an incredible gesture that I will never forget. And not only that, at the end of my purchase they gave me a coupon for 5 dollars for the next purchase.
Your site seems like a dream come true sincerely

It is the little details and dedication that you do that makes you so great and remarkable.

This would definitely be my one, favorite and exclusive site where I will buy absolutely everything related to Japan.

Also, I will advertise and review in my networks because I want many more people to know this great site.
