Communication was excellent! When the new version of an item I purchased was not available, Shinjo reached out immediately, and we resolved it and I was refunded the difference between the new and used condition (I was not expecting that AT ALL). The items arrived in great condition and perfectly wrapped. I really appreciated that since I've gotten damaged books in the mail before. AND since I got some explicit manga, I loved how they packaged them discreetly. I'll totally be ordering from here again.

I'm so glad I purchased this manga through Manga Republic as it included the Animate bonus of the small postcard and also a poster (which I thought was a bonus from a different store). Also, it came with free pack of clear book covers as a special gift "as a memorial to your first purchase" and I'm so happy as I was going to see if any places around me sold it!
