Great job packaging everything. Everything arrived perfectly without and bends or damage. The items arrived a lot sooner than I expected.

It's a used item but it basically looks like it's new so that's good. The packaging was secure, they included some clear book covers and an omikuji for new years as well. I got what I expected plus extras, nothing to complain about.

The package was in great condition and well protected thank you.

At first I was skeptical of the site as the books I wanted were extremely rare and difficult to find, yet it was listed for a very reasonable price (listed as used) and virtually no shipping costs. When it arrived I was so pleasantly surprised when I saw the books arrive so well packaged. The books looked nearly new too! Minus a few very faint scratches but it was listed as used, it even came with small inserts that you would not find on used books, as they would have most likely been tossed. The little new years fortune and gift of clear book sleeves was wonderful! I put my books in the sleeves right away. If I ever need to find rare manga, I will for sure look here first!

My order arrives much faster then expected. It was exceptionally packed, no damage to the 4 Manga volumes I purchased. Easy to open with the manner it was taped, no need to tear or cut it open. My heart was touched from reading the note, along with the included manga sleeves and even an Omikuji! I’m happy this website has the manga new and old. I went every bookstore and comic shops to find them but none of items ever sold anywhere except Japan. And the coupon and manga price is affordable and shipping is what every customer need to get the items arrived soon as possible.
