One of the appeals of this work is the battles between Yachiho and the “Stone People” who sided with the enemy. The “Stone People”, including Yachiho, are a long-lived race with the ability to freely manipulate stones. Their battles are filled with creativity and speed, from offensive moves like growing sharp stone pillars from the ground and creating weapons, to defensive moves like instantly creating walls. Also, the presence of Yachiho, who possesses both beauty and destructive power and never loses her competitive expression, is overwhelming.

The unfolding of the entire story and the perfect balance of mysteries make it a very enjoyable read. The art is also superb, with the world based on Japanese mythology meticulously depicted down to the details. The action scenes are well portrayed, with less brutal depictions. I think it's a very reader-friendly piece with no peculiarities.
