It’s a spin-off from Diamond Is Unbreakable, the fourth part of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure series, featuring a character Kishibe Rohan.

The style, which is one of the characteristics of Jojo Part 4: Diamond Is Unbreakable, “mystery and suspense” is deeply reflected on this series. The first one is released in 1997, and when the second one came out, they announced that it would be regularly serialized. Each episode stands alone as a short story collection, it’s well-known as an easy-to-read series among all the Jojo’s series.

That’s when an incident forced me to pause my series…… I was visiting Venice, Italy, for my series’ coverage.

Most Italian churches have a little room called a ‘confessional.’ Those who have a worry come into this room and confess it to the priest who’s in the room attached to the confessional and cannot be seen. I really likes how that system works because it will ease peoples’ sense of guilt by confessing it while their privacy is being kept. It’s simple but a result of the priests’ ideas.

Then I took a picture of the confessional without asking a permission.

To feel unknown existence, I tried to enter the room.

Then I closed the door from inside and tried to see how the room was…… Guess what? A man entered the booth. Shortly after, the man started to confess his sin to me, believing me to be a priest. It looks like where I entered was the one which the priest was supposed to stay at.

And I accidentally listened.

The sin that was confessed by the man sitting next to him was a terrible betrayal and ‘murdering someone’ with hatred……!?
