What is “The Seven Deadly Sins” like?

It’s an extremely popular fantasy adventure story, which has been serialized for seven and a half year in Weekly Shonen Magazine. Various media development have been going on such as Anime (three times), spinoff manga, novels and games.
The world is set a long time ago, when the human and the tribes, who taught the magic, co-existed. In the land called Britannia, the war occurred by the seven sinners who organized the order of knights called〈The Seven Deadly Sins〉. It’s the prequel of the legend of King Arthur.
The Season 1 of Anime aired in 2014, huh? It’s been a long time, huh~.
Let me give you a clear and detailed outline!
The story begins when Queen Elizabeth was taken control and the country was seized by the order of knights. Hiding her position, Elizabeth was looking for the strongest order of knight, The Seven Deadly Sins for a help, who then served the country.
But having been exhausted and hungry, Elizabeth fell down in front of the restaurant called Boar Hat’s captain. There, a boy, Meliodas and a speaking pig, Hawk, took care of her. In return, Elizabeth started working there as a waitress.
One day, the order of knights came there, following Elizabeth. She didn’t want to get Meliodas and Hawk involved so she was going to make a big decision, when Meliodas easily turned down the order of knights.
Yes, Meliodas was one of the members of The Seven Deadly Sins. Figuring out everything, Meliodas left for a journey along with Elizabeth and other members.
At the beginning, I think I was enjoying imagining how other members were.
Yep. And other members were so attractive and never let our imagination and excitement down, huh? They all had strong fighting abilities and sad background.
We thought that everything would work out perfectly if the Seven Deadly Sins keeps beating the order of knights who occupied the royal capitals. But unfortunately, it wasn’t that easy, huh……
Yeah. As the story went by, various new facts were revealed. Meliodas and Elizabeth didn’t meet ‘accidentally’ but they were ‘destined’ to meet by an incredibly strong curse……
One of the characteristics of this physical manga, The Seven Deadly Sins, is that it’s a tightly plotted story with many episodes foreshadowing the events to come.
