I would like both. They both have good points, you know? It all depends on how I feel or what the content of Manga is like.

So today, we’ll share FIVE BEST THINGS about the Physical Manga. We tend to forget them in this convenient world, right?

FIVE BEST THINGS about the Physical Books

You can borrow and lend them easily.

To me, this is the biggest attraction. It’s always good to lend my favorite Manga to my colleagues.

It might not be best for me because I don’t have many friends to do that but it sure is a good idea to lend some of your interesting Manga to anybody you know.

You need this for a change.

I love the texture of the physical Manga. I know reading them through the smartphone is more convenient but it might be hard to feel the actual book that way.

Do you remember that the serial killer, Makishima Shōgo-San, who appears in PSYCHO-PASS, loves the physical Manga too?

Makishima「紙の本を買いなよ。Digital書籍は味気ない」
“Why don’t you buy a paper book? Digital ones are not exciting, right?”

Che Guson「そういうもんですかねぇ？」
“You think so?”

Makishima「本はね、ただ文字を読むんじゃない。自分の感覚を調整するためのツールでもある」

It’s exciting to explore book stores to find the new books.

We might be able to say the same thing when we go to the rental video shop but if we go to such exclusive shops and look around the books or videos, you tend to encounter something you hadn’t known before.

Yeahhhh~~~~!! I see new editions, the special editions for the seasons or even the ones that are being on air on TV or movies at that time……

Yep. We find the same things through online but we feel very special if we actually go to the stores and take a look at them in person, right?

You can jump to your favorite scene instantly.

To me, this is actually one of the best attractions of the Physical Manga.

Yeahh~~~~ I like this one too!

If we want to look back the scene you liked, you can easily go back, huh? Sometimes I feel harder to do that in the digital book.

But again, we can just specify the page where we want to go in the digital one too. But it’s always good to see through all the pages when we go back in the Physical Manga, I guess.

Nope! I meant we can put the original book cover and make use of them for your room interior too!

Oh yeah! We actually need room for the physical manga but we can take an advantage of that too, huh? Especially as for the pictures above, the book shelves are making these rooms even more stylish.
