One day, a girl starts to have a weird symptom, where mayonnaise comes out from her eyes.

She has no idea why it’s happening to her. However, she feels very painful when it comes out from her eyes since mayonnaise is stimulant for eyes. Of course, she goes to see an eye doctor, ending up being told “Don’t make fun of an adult like that” even without being checked.

Not knowing what to do, she is talked to by a boy.

Then he brings her to a building in the precincts of the shrine.

There, she sees a doctor, laughing out loud, saying, “Did you kidnap her or something??” because his assistant, Kuro, has brought a little girl.

Well, the doctor named Ramune, being scolded by Kuro, now hears about the symptom from her, where mayonnaise comes out from her eyes. And Ramune tells her that it’s called a Mysterious Disease, which is a mixture of the urban legend and disease.
